Eligibility: The KFC Super Bowl Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, except for residents of New York and Florida, who are 18 years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry. Recipients must reside within the U.S. Employees of KFC Corporation (“KFCC”), KFC National Council and Advertising Cooperative, Inc. (“NCAC”), the NFL Entities (as defined below), Weber Shandwick, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, members, licensees and Sweepstakes and advertising agencies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes or win any prize. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of KFCC or its designees, the judges of the Sweepstakes, which are binding and final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and is void in New York, Florida and where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on Nov. 6, 2009 and ends at 5 p.m. ET on Dec. 4, 2009 (“Offer Period”).

To Enter: Each follower of the official KFC page on Twitter (www.twitter.com/kfc_colonel) as of 12pm ET on November 6, 2009 will receive one entry in the Sweepstakes. To participate in the offer thereafter, sign up to follow the official KFC page on Twitter (www.twitter.com/kfc_colonel) before 5 p.m. ET on Dec. 4, 2009. Entrants must sign up to be a participant on Twitter, and agree to Twitter’s terms of use (www.twitter.com/tos).

Offer Conditions: Limit one entry per person, per e-mail address and per household during the Offer Period. No entries generated by script, macro or other automatic devices or any means which subvert the participation process will be permitted. KFC® gift checks included in this offer are worth $5 each are redeemable toward the purchase of KFC® products only at participating KFC® restaurants in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Gift checks may not be redeemed for cash, transferred or substituted, except where required by law. All applicable taxes are payable by recipient. May not be combined with any other offer. Drawing: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about Dec. 5, 2009 from all eligible entrants. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: Potential winner will be notified by Twitter message, mail, phone, and/or e-mail and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, KFCC is unable to contact the potential winner within a reasonable time period or the potential winner is not in compliance with these Terms & Conditions, the Prize will be forfeited and KFCC shall select an alternate winner.

Prize (1): Winner will receive a trip for four to Super Bowl XLIV in South Florida on Feb. 7, 2010, including four (4) Super Bowl game tickets, two (2) rooms for four (4) nights (double occupancy) in an NFL-contracted hotel in or around Miami, Fla., reimbursement for roundtrip, coach class air transportation for four (4) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to Miami, Fla., four (4) Madden NFL 10 video games, and $200 in KFC gift checks (collectively, the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $8,000.

Trip Details: ARV may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Trip must be taken on dates specified by KFCC or the trip portion of the Prize will be forfeited and KFCC will have no further obligation to such winner. Winner and guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary. Each guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), unless accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian and must sign a liability and, where lawful, publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or who are in violation of these Terms & Conditions, as solely determined by KFCC, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Governing Law/Jurisdiction: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kentucky without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
