To spur a serious conversation about world hunger, KFC publicly offered to donate $20,000 to world hunger relief if anyone involved in Nashville’s Oct. 7 presidential debate – candidates, moderators or audience members – mentioned world hunger during the nationally televised debate. While world hunger wasn’t mentioned during the televised presidential debate, KFC is honoring its mission to help fight world hunger with a $20,000 donation to the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP).
